Delete your account

1. Open Consistency and go to Account.
2. Under Privacy & data, tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

If you cannot open the app, write to support@getconsistency.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you by replying to that address, and delete the account within 30 days at the latest.

• Your account, sign-in methods and sessions.
• Your businesses, habits, schedules, daily plans, drafts and the text you wrote.
• Your coach chats and memories, and saved ideas.
• Connected accounts, saved browser sessions and the numbers pulled from them.
• Forwarded emails and summaries, tracked links, and push-notification tokens.

We keep nothing that identifies you, apart from records the law requires us to keep. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule and a deleted account is not restored from them. More in the privacy policy.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store’s subscription settings so you are not charged again.
