Terms of service

Consistency is a daily growth-habit coach for businesses. It researches your business, proposes habits, and gives you a plan, ideas and reference drafts each day. You write and publish your own content. We do not post, send or publish anything on your behalf.

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Give us accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

• New accounts get a free trial of 7 days. If you do not cancel before it ends, the store charges the plan you picked.
• Pro costs $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year and includes one business. Extra businesses are added from $6.99 a month. The price shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase, in your currency and with local taxes, is the price you pay.
• Founding members (the first 200 subscribers) pay $8.99 a month for as long as their subscription stays active without a break.
• Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules. We cannot refund store payments ourselves.
• We may change prices for future periods. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

You keep ownership of what you write and of the information you give us about your business. You allow us to store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

AI drafts are references, produced by language models and can be wrong, out of date or similar to other text. Check facts, prices, claims and tone before you publish. You are responsible for what you post, send or say, and for following the rules of the platforms you use, and for the law on marketing, email and calls in the places you operate.

Connectors and browser checks only read. They never click, buy, post or change anything, and any action that writes needs your explicit consent. Connect only accounts you are allowed to access and check that doing so is allowed by the other service’s terms. You can disconnect anything at any time.

• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or anything illegal or misleading.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around usage limits.
• Do not share your account, or resell access.

Plans include monthly and daily allowances (for example images and browser checks). Fair use applies to the rest.

The apps, website, design and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps while your account is in good standing.

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features, and will tell you in the app about changes that matter.

You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in the store and delete your account in the app (see delete your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund nothing that the stores did not refund. When an account closes, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise any particular business result, such as visitors, customers or revenue. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you in the app before it applies; using the app afterwards means you accept it.
